Connector Org. – “We are successful because of our relationships with our partners, customer, investors, etc.”  Caring of employees. Internally – many opportunities for employees to interact – physical layout for greater relationship-building
Evangelist Org. – Opportunistic. “We build and eliminate relationships to further our goals.
Maven Org. – “We go it alone, our customers recognize us for our great products/services.”

Maven Org. – heavy investment in R&D, high IP/employee; highly innovative products; products thoroughly tested before release; engineered well from the inside. Presentation not important
Evangelist Org. – Get products to a “good enough” state and let customers provide feedback; Pursue “wow” factor – usually design-focused
Connector Org. – not knowledge-intensive – build what customers ask them to build
